Toll Brothers says site work is underway for Cypress Reserve, a new lakefront community at 3715 Willow Flower Street in Clermont, with sales anticipated in early 2027. That means the project is no longer just a future plan; the land work has started.
Home details
The company says homes will have 3 to 6 bedrooms, 2 to 5 bathrooms and 3-car garages, with prices expected to start in the mid-$800,000s.
What’s planned on the site
The site is along Sumner Lake, and many home sites are planned with private-dock opportunities. Toll Brothers also says the community will include a clubhouse, fitness center, resort-style pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground and a dog park.
What it means for Clermont
The location is also described as minutes from downtown Clermont and close to SR-50, US-27 and the Florida Turnpike. Interested buyers can join the builder's interest list, but the opening date and pricing are still described only as anticipated and expected.
